Management Committee
As a charity pre-school has to have a "committee” of trustees who look after the way that Pre-school operates and ensure that it delivers on its objectives, namely high-quality, community-led early years education. The committee essentially need to ensure that Pre-school has sufficient resources to continue to operate effectively and look after both pre-school staff and children in the best possible way.
